What is CranioSacral

What is CranioSacral Therapy?

CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, light-touch bodywork that helps to find and facilitate the release of restrictions seated deep in the body. Though the therapist generally uses pressure no greater than the weight of a nickel, CST can help your body to enact immeasurable changes.

CST taps into the body's vast capacity for self-healing. The therapist is merely a facilitator in this process. This therapy is increasingly being utilized in the medical field as preventive, curative, midigative, and recuperative health measures for its ability to bolster resistance to disease and restore the body to a stronger state of wellness.

Because it is so gentle, CST can be effective for all ages, from newborns to elder. CranioSacral Therapsits are also comfortable working with family groups and can coordinate a multiple-hands sessions with two or more therapists
